A platform dedicated to transforming perceptions of snakes and other misunderstood wildlife by blending scientific clarity with engaging education and conservation advocacy.
Snakology is a youth-led platform committed to transforming public perceptions of wildlife, especially misunderstood species like snakes—through accessible science education, storytelling, and conservation advocacy. Our mission is to bridge the gap between communities and biodiversity by fostering empathy, curiosity, and informed awareness, empowering the next generation to view wildlife not with fear, but with understanding and respect.
Snakology was founded in 2023, beginning as a Facebook page dedicated to teaching people about different animals, particularly snakes— one of the most feared yet least understood groups in the natural world. What started as a simple passion project soon evolved into a broader educational initiative, reaching more than 200K+ across multiple regions.
